Breaking! Dana White just announced an interim lightweight title fight for UFC 216

UFC President Dana White just broke some huge news!

Lightweights Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee will square off for the UFC interim lightweight title at October’s UFC 216 event in Las Vegas.

Kevin Lee is currently riding a five-fight win streak, his latest being a first-round submission victory over Michael Chiesa this past June in Oklahoma City.

Meanwhile, Tony Ferguson has won nine fights in a row, his latest being a unanimous decision victory over former division title holder Rafael dos Anjos.

UFC 216 takes place October 7 live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas!
