UFC Fight Night 119 Reebok Athlete Outfitting Payouts
UFC Fight Night 119 took place last night in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The event was headlined by a middleweight scrap featuring perennial contender Derek Brunson taking on former light heavyweight title holder Lyoto Machida.
Brunson was able to catch Machida with a nasty left hand just minutes into the opening round that sent “The Dragon” crashing to the canvas. From there, Brunson promptly put Lyoto to sleep with some viscous ground and pound.
The main event winner, Brunson, took home $15,000 in Reebok athlete outfitting pay, while Machida took home $20,000 in defeat.
In the co-main event of the evening, Colby Covington earned $5,000 for his unanimous decision victory over former title challenger Demian Maia who took home a solid $20,000 for his efforts.
