UFC 196 Bonus Report: Diaz vs. McGregor gets ‘FOTN’

UFC 196 in Las Vegas delivered some memorable fights and solid finishes.

With that said, UFC President Dana White handed out three “Performance of the night” awards at tonight’s post fight press conference.

Those $50,000 ‘UFC 196’ bonuses went to the following fighters:

Performance of the night bonus – Nate Diaz earned $50,000 for his second-round submission victory over Conor McGregor in the UFC 196 main event.

Performance of the night bonus – Miesha Tate earned an extra $50,000 for her fifth-round submission victory over Holly Holm, which earned her the UFC women’s bantamweight title.

Fight of the night bonus – Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor each received an extra $50,000 for their spectacular main event was which Diaz ultimately won via second-round submission
