Darren Till unsure which division he'll fight in next

Tom Taylor - May 20, 2019

It’s no secret that Darren Till endures a brutal cut down to the 171-pound welterweight limit. While he’s hit that mark on many occasions, he’s also missed weight several times. Given the difficulty Till has had cutting down to welterweight in the recent past, many fight fans have encouraged him to move up to the middleweight. Till has been fairly receptive of this idea, but he’s also seemed a bit reluctant to leave the welterweight division behind.

Sports of De La Hoya’s MMA venture. “I have a real business that I’ve built over the last 18 years. A real business, and I can hit you with numbers for days about [how successful it is]. How much has Oscar De La Hoya reinvested into the sport of boxing? We’ve reinvested millions and millions of dollars and we continue to do it every day. The list goes on and on.

Conor McGregor takes shot at Rafael dos Anjos after UFC Rochester

Tom Taylor - May 19, 2019

Last night, the UFC returned to our screens with the UFC Rochester card. In the main event of this card, former UFC lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos defeated Kevin Lee by submission— and as is so often the case, long-absent star Conor McGregor had something to say about it on Twitter. Conor McGregor was briefly scheduled to fight Rafael dos Anjos in 2016. At the time, the Irishman was the UFC featherweight champion, and dos Anjos still held the lightweight title. Unfortunately, dos Anjos was forced out of their planned contest with a foot injury at the last minute. McGregor then accepted a short-notice fight with Nate Diaz — and lost — kickstarting his wild rivalry with Stockton based fighter.
