Pros react after Igor Severino gets disqualified for biting André Lima at UFC Vegas 89
Igor Severino was disqualified for biting André Lima during their flyweight contest at UFC Vegas 89.
Severino vs. Lima was the second scrap on tonight’s thirteen-bout fight card from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
During the second round of the contest, Severino had the back of Lima while standing near the cage and proceeded to bite his opponent on the arm.
The referee stepped in and after seeing the bite mark on André Lima’s arm, he quickly proceeded to disqualify Igor Severino for his actions.

With the disqualification, André Lima was awarded the victory at 2:52 of the second round.
