There is a new middleweight champion of the UFC. Luke Rockhold recently got back in the gym for his first day of boxing training after suffering a minor injury, but definitely has not lost his championship skillset.

Check out Rockhold in this exclusive video as he begins his preparation for the immediate rematch against former middleweight champion Chris Weidman at UFC 199 on June 4. Rockhold is seen doing some impressive sparring at AKA with some flashy technique that some might say look similar to the likes of former middleweight king, Anderson Silva.
