Former champ Jon “Bones” Jones has been a training beast as of late. His opportunity to reclaim the LHW title of the world from Daniel “DC” Cormier is all Jones is focused on since he was reinstated back to fight.
Check out Jones in a pull up contest against a much ‘seasoned’ opponent. For once, the longest reach in the UFC won’t benefit much in this contest.
