Last night in the first ever Rizin FF event, Bellator MMA fighter Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal competed against Brett ‘The Spartan’ McDermont.
The event used old school Pride FC rules, in which the 1st round was 10 minutes, and the second round was 5 minutes. In addition, kicks and knees to the head of a downed opponent were legal, however elbows were not.
