VIDEO | Anderson Silva clowns Michael Bisping for his kicking incident

Michael Bisping has been the one leading the bashing and trash talk between Anderson Silva and himself. As you can see in the video of their open workout, a fired up Bisping had to be separated from a more calm and humorous Silva.

“The Spider” unleashed his own form of taunting Bisping with a video he posted to his social media. It is a clip of Bisping accidentally kicking his trainer Jason Parillo in the face when he was supposed to kick the mitts Parillo was holding. The clip then shows silva skillfully kicking his trainers mitts, also while balancing on a 2×4.

The former UFC middleweight champion Silva will have his chance to shut Bisping up when they meet in the Octagon next week at UFC Fight Night 84. The fight takes place on Feb. 27 on UFC Fight Pass from London’s O2 Arena.
