Luke Rockhold lost his UFC middleweight championship title in his first defense against Michael Bisping at UFC 199.

Bisping came in with less than two weeks notice after Rockhold’s original opponent Chris Weidman pulled out due to an injury and pulled off the championship victory, knocking out Rockhold in the very first round.

Former UFC title contender Chael Sonnen talks about the mental game of both Bisping and Rockhold in the video above. Rockhold said after being knocked out at UFC 199 that he underestimated Bisping in the Octagon and paid the price for it, which Sonnen reiterates in his analysis.
