Sports media personality Colin Cowherd says that the rumored fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor is going to happen.

Cowherd says that he received information from sources that leads him to believe the fight will take place in September.

“My intel is Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather is going to happen,” Cowherd said recently on “The Herd.” “It changed late last week, got a call and then somebody else sent me something yesterday and Saturday. We’ve booked rooms in Vegas.”

Cowherd says that the fight will not be competitive at all with Conor McGregor losing the fight and compares the match to Nik Wallenda’s tightrope walk event in Chicago.
