Cris Cyborg challenges men who say women can’t fight!

Cris Cyborg weighing in

The most feared women’s fighter on the planet, Cris Cyborg (17-1 MMA), is making waves in Abu Dhabi this week.

Cyborg took to Youtube earlier today where she released the above video showcasing her shadow boxing inside the Brave FC cage in Abu Dhabi while wearing a hijab.

At the end of the video, Cris walks up to the camera and delivers the following message:

“Who said that women can’t fight?!”

The Brazilian standout will be in attendance for Brave FC 4 which takes place March 31 at IPIC Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Cris Cyborg was last seen in action in the headlining bout of September’s UFC Fight Night 95 event in Brazil, where she scored a second-round TKO victory over Lina Lansberg in a catchweight contest of 140-pounds.

Justino recently made headlines after she announced that she had been forced to vacate her Invicta Featherweight title.According to Cyborg, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will no longer allow her to compete at 145-pounds with a rival promotion.

Interestingly, the UFC did not make this decision until they crowned their own 145-pound women’s champion, Germaine de Randamie, this past February at UFC 208.

Cristiane Justino competed under the Invicta FC fight banner on five occasions, winning the promotions featherweight title in July of 2013 by defeating Marloes Coenen via fourth-round TKO.

Cyborg would go on to defend her Invicta championship on three different occasions, all while fighting on her current UFC contract, scoring first-round knockout victories over Charmaine Tweet, Faith Van Duin and most recently Daria Ibragimova at ‘Invicta FC 15’ in January of 2016.

Most recently, Cyborg called out current UFC featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie for a fight at UFC 214 which takes place July in Southern California.
