Early Wednesday morning, UFC President Dana White was joined by Chuck Liddell, Daniel Cormier, Frankie Edgar, Jon Jones, Paige VanZant, and Miesha Tate on Good Morning America. The UFC President announced that Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier II would headline UFC 200 on July 9th.
Immediately after the announcement, host Michael Strahan passed the mic over to Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier to get their initial thoughts on the bout.
Jones made his return to the cage this past Saturday as he defeated Ovince Saint Preux via unanimous decision to claim the interim UFC light heavyweight championship.
