Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones spoke with Ariel Helwani after UFC 196. Jones spoke about his poke at McGregor following his loss to Nate Diaz as well as his reaction (2:22) to the tough loss that teammate Holly Holm faced against Miesha Tate in their championship bout.

Jones also talks about fighting in the heavyweight division and if seeing McGregor take on an opponent in a higher weight class showed him anything about moving up in weight.

Jon Jones is set to fight UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier at UFC 197 on April 23rd.
