Ironically, at LFA 7 Friday evening, Clovis Hancock delivered a highlight reel fail as he slipped during a capoeira kick mid-fight, before then winding up on the wrong end of a highlight reel head kick KO later in the fight.
Given his immediate chuckle, Hancock likely knew right away that he was going to end up on a highlight reel for the mid-kick slip. With that being said, in the third round things took a very drastic turn for the 2-2 professional fighter as he was knocked out with a head kick following a missed overhand which his opponent, Nikolay Veretennikov slipped with ease.
With the win, Veretennikov advances to 4-2 professionally, while Hancock drops to 2-2.
