UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping is currently gearing up for his first title defense, which he will make against Dan Henderson in the main event of UFC 204 in Manchester, England on October 8th.
Ahead of the fight, Bisping traveled to Phuket, Thailand, to work on his striking with Phuket Top Team. In the video above you can see Bisping send a warning to Henderson, followed by a montage of him training.
