VIDEO | Miesha Tate submits Holly Holm in round 5

In the 5th round of the co-main event scrap between Holly Holm and Miesha Tate, Miesha Tate secured a 5th round rear naked choke win to claim the UFC women’s bantamweight championship. Not only did Tate get the submission win, she choked Holm unconscious.

According to UFC President Dana White’s comment prior to the fight, she will now face Ronda Rousey when Rousey is ready to return to the Octagon.
