Eddie Alvarez became the new UFC lightweight champion on Thursday night in Las Vegas, Nevada at UFC Fight Night 90.
Alvarez put on an amazing performance on against Rafael dos Anjos and took the defending champion out in the very first round by TKO.
Eddie Alvarez improves to 3-1 in the UFC, becoming the UFC lightweight champion of the world, while Rafael dos Anjos falls to defeat after a five-fight win streak with two of the fives wins for the UFC light championship title.
