More trouble struck the UFC on FOX 19 card on Wednesday as news broke that former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida declared the usage of a banned substance during an out-of-competition sample collection last week.
With the fight just days away, opponent Dan Henderson was already in Florida in preparation for the fight.
“Hendo” wrote a short but very firm message on twitter addressing Machida and also posted this funny video to his Instagram account expressing his frustration (WARNING – Vulgar Language).
Machida has since released a statement regarding the banned substance that he was unaware was banned from use just this year.
The UFC stated that Dan Henderson would be booked another fight on a later date. Meanwhile, Tim Kennedy has raised his hand and said that he would fight Henderson on just a few days notice.
