While Fedor Emelianenko has never fought in the UFC, the promotion has begun posting videos of his fight flashbacks ahead of his EFN 50 fight on June 17th.

Emelianenko’s fight will stream on UFC Fight Pass, however the interesting part of the story is that Emelianenko recently stated that he is closer than ever before to signing with the promotion.

The two parties have been negotiating for years in an attempt to bring Emelianenko to the UFC, however they could never reach a deal that satisfied both parties, and as a result, ‘The Last Emperor’ never fought in the UFC.
