Carlos Condit is coming off a failed bid at the UFC welterweight championship back at UFC 195. Condit and welterweight champion Robbie Lawler fought to a controversial decision that ultimately saw Lawler pick up the split decision win to retain the UFC welterweight championship. Condit has since revealed that if he doesn’t get another crack at the welterweight title, he may retire.

Nate Diaz is coming off a dominant decision win over Michael Johnson back in December that saw Diaz’ name thrown back into the mix for a lightweight title shot.

Ariel Helwani joined UFC Tonight to discuss the futures of both Diaz and Condit in addition to several other things.
