Former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort (26-14 MMA) might not be done with fighting after all.

The mixed martial arts legend, who retired from the sport following his brutal knockout loss to Lyoto Machida at UFC 224, recently took to social media where he delivered the following message which hints at a possible comeback.

“If you could choose one of those fights to happen again, which one would you like to see? @wandfc @titoortiz1999 @chuckliddell @mikebisping @danhendo?” – Vitor Belfort

Out of the five legends that Belfort named in the above Instagram post, only former PRIDE champion Wanderlei Silva is still and active fighter.

With that said, “The Axe Murderer” already has his hands spoken for as it was recently announced that Silva will square off with “Rampage” Jackson for a fourth time under the Bellator banner this September.

Meanwhile, former UFC champions and bitter rivals Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz may actually fight again, but if they do it will likely be against each other.

So that leaves us with recently retired former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping and Dan Henderson, who has been retired almost two years, as Belfort’s final options.

“The Count” has already stated on numerous occasions that he has no intentions of ever fighting Belfort again due to Vitor’s history with performance enhancing substances.

Meanwhile, Dan Henderson has suffered three losses, two by way of knockout, to “The Phenom”. Whether or not avenging those previous setbacks could persuade “Hendo” out of retirement remains to be seen.
