That’s right Penn Nation, the second coming of our popular shadow boxing contest has returned to grant one lucky enthusiast an opportunity to fly to Hilo, Hawaii, to enjoy the island and train at the world-renowned Penn Training and Fitness Center with Team Penn.

All that is required of you is to submit an original video clip of yourself shadow boxing and get our viewers and your friends to vote on your submission.

The video with the most votes at the culmination of the contest will be the winner.
