CSAC: Yes, Palhares Held Fitch Sub Too Long

California State Athletic Commission Executive Director Andy Foster is not happy with the recent Sacramento showing of Rousimar Palhares.

Palhares took out Jon Fitch over the weekend to retain his WSOF world title.
