World Series of Fighting announced they would be bringing women’s strawweight fighters to the promotion and promptly signed top-ranked Jessica Aguilar. It did not take long for her to state that she would not only be queen of WSOF, but UFC soon thereafter.

Her opponent would be Alida Gray and they battled for the WSOF Women’s Strawweight Championship on Saturday night. Gray was in trouble almost right off the bat as she was taken down within seconds. Aguilar worked for an arm-triangle and found herself cranking her way to victory seconds after.
