OOPS! Fighter Thanks Wife And Girlfriend During Interview!
Sometimes fighters are exhausted and do their best during post fight interviews to make sense and answer the questions that are being thrown at them.
Those post-fight cage interviews sometimes deliver some of the best entertainment of the night. From Ben Rothwell’s creepy laugh, to basically all of Rampage Jackson’s interviews, we always seem to get at least one memorable one for every event.
Well, at this past weekends WSOF event, we got a pretty big one.
After winning his fight, Benny Madrid jumped on the mic and did what a lot of fighters do, which is thank sponsors and coaches and of course family members. However, I don’t think we’ve ever got a thank you for a wife AND a girlfriend in the same speech!
