Twitter reacts to Ronda Rousey’s brutal KO loss to Holly Holm

The main event of “UFC 193” will surely be talked about for months to come and could go down in mixed martial arts history as one of the greatest upsets to ever take place. A confident Ronda Rousey was prepared to step into the octagon and attempt to defend her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship once again in front of over fifty-thousand screaming fans.

The woman standing in the opposite corner had different plans, however.

Challenger Holly Holm trained for months leading up to their championship bout on Saturday evening and proved that she was champion-material when she dismantled Rousey in less than two rounds! Holm had an answer for everything that Rousey was throwing at her and everybody from the fans to Rousey herself were bewildered. A high kick from Holm put Rousey’s back on the canvas and the new champion landed some extra shots for “good measure” to make sure she put away one of the most dominant fighters to grace the cage.
