At UFC 236, UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway moved up to the lightweight division to battle Dustin Poirier for interim gold, bravely putting his 13-fight win-streak on the line. Unfortunately for Holloway and his ever-growing fanbase, this hike up to lightweight didn’t go as he planned. Though he put up a valiant fight, winning several rounds with his vintage, volume-based striking, he ultimately lost a decision to his bigger, stronger foe.
