Yesterday afternoon, news surfaced that Conor McGregor training partner Artem Lobov had been released from his UFC contract. Amid this news, Lobov took to Twitter to attempt to get himself a fight in another organization, such as Bellator, KSW, Rizin, or ONE.

On Tuesday, the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) met to decide the fates of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and former lightweight and featherweight champ Conor McGregor. McGregor and Nurmagomedov were being disciplined for the brawl that broke out after their UFC 229 fight, which also involved McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis, and Nurmagomedov’s teammates Zubaira Tukhugov and Abubakar Nurmagomedov.

Tuesday morning we found out that UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov won’t be eligible to return to action until April at the earliest. However, upon his return, it doesn’t seem like he’ll be accepting any fights that are set to take place in the state of Nevada, which is the state that punished him following his last bout in October 2018 at UFC 229 in Las Vegas.
