Anthony Pettis Opens Up As Slight Favorite Over Benson Henderson

Less than a week after Anthony Pettis was confirmed as TJ Grant’s replacement at UFC 164, the bookies have released their odds for the new championship bout.
UFC Lightweight Champ Benson Henderson will be the underdog for the first time since UFC 144 back in February 2012.
Anthony Pettis: -125
Benson Henderson: -115
The last time these two met at WEC 53 in December 2010, Benson Henderson was the heavy favorite while Pettis played the part of the underdog. Obviously, the odds were not a weighing factor on the mind of Anthony Pettis as he defeated Henderson by way of unanimous decision. Their first bout is definitely playing into the bookies’ numbers this time around.
