Anthony Pettis Ready For Immediate Return To Action

Anthony Pettis is looking for a quick turnaround following last weekend’s UFC 181 victory over Gilbert Melendez.

Much to his displeasure, the champ has been forced on the sidelines for lengthy stints, due to injury, more than once in his time with the UFC. Now healed, that’s all about to change.

“I’m looking to get back in there asap. It is still very early to talk about that, but I want to fight as soon as I can, again. It’s been a busy year for me but I can’t build my legacy without fighting more. I’m 27 and I feel as though I’m just entering my prime. I lost a whole year of my career, already.”
