BOOKING ROUNDUP! UFC Schedules 7 Bouts For Upcoming Events
The UFC was especially busy this past week scheduling many bouts for upcoming shows.
First up the UFC signed Rony Jason vs. Tom Niinimaki to fight at UFC Fight Night 58 in Brazil on December 20th. Jason is coming off a split decision loss to Robbie Peralta whereas Niinimaki will be riding a 2-fight losing streak into the bout.
Next up we have Patrick Holohan vs. Shane Howell, who will meet at UFC Fight Night Boston in January. Holohan is coming off the first loss of his professional career, which came to Chris Kelades last month. His opponent, Shane Howell is coming off a submission loss that snapped a 6-fight winning streak.
Next up we have Jimy Hettes vs. Diego Brandao, which will go down at UFC 183 in Vegas in January. Hettes is coming off a TKO loss to Dennis Bermudez earlier this year, whereas Brandao is coming off a TKO loss to Conor McGregor this past summer.
Also fighting on the UFC Fight Night Boston card will be Johnny Case and Paul Felder. Case is coming off a submission win over Kazuki Tokudome in his UFC debut in September. Felder on the other hand is coming off a decision win over Jason Saggo in October in his UFC debut.
With another addition to UFC Fight Night Boston, Cathal Pendred will meet Sean Spencer. Pendred will be riding a 2-fight win streak into the bout that most recently say him pick up a decision win over Gasan Umalatov. Spencer on the other hand is coming off a decision win over Paulo Thiago.
Last but not least we have Humberto Brown and Gabriel Benitez who will fight at UFC 180 this upcoming weekend. Brown will be making his promotional debut at the event. Benitez will also be making his debut at the event, but will have a major experience advantage over Brown.
