Brock Lesnar: ‘I was a ‘stone-cold, caveman, barbarian killer’ in the UFC’
There’s no denying that former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar was a massive superstar during his time in the octagon.
Not only that, he beat the crap out of high level fighters like Frank Mir and Randy Couture. The guy came in and not only shook up the division, but the entire sport. Obviously his fame from pro wrestling didn’t hurt. Fans either loved his brash commentary and gorilla style of fighting or they hated him for it.
Either way, they tuned in.
Lesnar’s now back with the WWE and is still arguably their biggest star. He recently spent some time at ESPN and talked to “Mike & Mike” in the morning about his past MMA career and what he thinks about it now that he’s been out of the game for a while.
His response, well, it was typical Lesnar:
“My years in the UFC, I don’t remember anything other than being a stone-cold, caveman, barbarian killer.”
What do you think of Lesnar’s MMA career, do you wish he was still fighting?
