Brock Lesnar rumors aren’t dead yet

Speculation that former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar was returning to the octagon started back in December. It seemed that those rumors were put to rest when it was discovered that Lesnar’s current contract with the WWE does not allow him to fight in the UFC.

Now, thanks to Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, the Lesnar rumors have once again surfaced.

@danawhite told me last week he was “talking” to @DCBROCKLESNAR but wouldn’t announce anything until a signing.

Lesnar didn’t leave the sport on a very high note. He was finished in the first round of his last two fights. The UFC could benefit due to their current superstar conundrum. But do the fans really want to see him fight again? Lesnar definitely knows how to hype up fights, but his last two were anything but competitive.
