Dana White reportedly exits arena prior to Edgar-Mendes fight

Following Frankie Edgar’s impressive 1st round KO win over Chad Mendes he spoke to Jon Anik inside the Octagon for his post-fight interview.
Edgar revealed that UFC President Dana White had exited the arena prior to the fight. Edgar joked that it was to spare him the disappointment of another title shot snub, however he made his case for a title shot on the mic anyway.
‘The Answer’ is now riding a 5-fight win streak that has seen him pick up stoppage wins in 3 of those fights.
Only time will tell if Edgar has finally earned himself a title shot.
