Dustin Poirier On Medeiros Fight: ‘Let’s Go Make Money And Put On A Show’

Dustin Poirier is set to fight Yancy Medeiros at this Saturday Fight Night in New Orleans.

The lightweight recently talked to MMAJunkie about the fight and about his future in the division.

“I want to get this win and get my hand raised and take it from there, but my plan is to be a top-10 fighter in the lightweight division by the end of 2015.”

“I promise you this, I’m not going to try to lay on top of him and win a decision, and he’s not going to do that to me. We’re going in there to finish each other. That’s the kind of fights I like to be a part of. So let’s go out there and make this money and put on a show for the fans.”
