UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is currently preparing for her UFC 193 title defense against Holly Holm on November 15th.
In the video above we can see the champ working on her hand speed on the speed bag. What makes this video even more impressive is that it was taken back on the second day of Rousey’s training camp for the Holm fight.
