Faber: ‘I Warned Paige About All The Haters’

Team Alpha Male’s Urijah Faber is one of the most recognized fighters in the sport. So it’s fair to say that he knows a thing or two about dealing with all the attention and fame that come with the job.

Fellow TAM fighter Paige VanZant is starting to fall into that role, growing bigger and brighter in the eyes of fans with every fight.

She’s 3-0 in the UFC and only getting better.

Faber said he warned VanZant about all the ‘haters’ a long time ago.

Here’s what he told MMAFighting:

“That poor girl was just thrown into that whirlwind. I think it’s part of being a girl and the pretty girl syndrome, you’re going to have a lot of haters. I prepared her for that a long time ago.”
