Georges St-Pierre’s ‘Starting To Get The Feeling’ To Come Back, 2015 Return Could Happen
Former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre hasn’t fought since November of 2013, when he beat Johny Hendricks at UFC 167 to defend his belt once again.
After that, the 170 pound king decided it was time for him to step away from the sport and take a break, without any plan in place as far as when or if he would ever return.
Since then he’s been for the most part out of the spotlight, but still fans have wondered when the former champ would be coming back. As time has gone on it’s become a question of if he’ll ever return, as he’s seemed pretty happy and content outside of the sport.
However, in a recent interview with RDS, a Canadian news outlet, GSP said that the itch to come back to the UFC has started to creep its way back in and he could even make a return before 2015 is over, maybe.

“I’m starting to get the feeling, more and more, to come back. I watch the fights to see what’s going on in my division, and I’m staying in shape. It’s like a knife that I have to keep sharp just in case I ever decide to jump back in the mix. It’s not for sure that it won’t happen in 2015, but I’m not sure yet.”
