Former UFC welterweight champion Geroges St. Pierre can be seen in this video posted by MMANation.com receiving Tecar therapy at Kessler clinic in Southern California. For those that don’t know Tecar therapy is one of the most groundbreaking and interesting rehab techniques currently used today.
Basically through the gel that is applied, a plate that is attached to St. Pierre’s foot, and the tool being used to apply the gel, electrical signals are sent through the tissue to reactivate channels that have become inactive due to the injury. Pretty cool right? Check it out below
