Hendo Explains Difference Between His TRT and Vitor Belforts

“Physically he looked quite a bit different. His stamina went away pretty quick as well. I’m sure he works hard. So do I. But I don’t know, my body hasn’t changed in 10 years. So I’m not exactly sure what was making his body change like that, but it wasn’t the same thing I was doing.”

MMA legend Dan Henderson used TRT before it was banned, but says that there’s no way Vitor Belfort was using the same thing as him.

Henderson talked on The MMA Hour about the middleweight fighter and how different he looked physically in his last fight against Chris Weidman.
