Joe Rogan: ‘Dana White’s Under Investigation’

UFC commentator and comedian Joe Rogan recently revealed on his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ that UFC president Dana White was forced to get a new iPhone, instead of the flip phone he used to have, because he’s under investigation.

Rogan was telling his guest, Tom Segura, about a time White was trying to show him something on his phone and said:

“Dana White came up to me Saturday night after the fights, pulls over his iPhone, and said watch this.”

Segura asked why he didn’t have a flip phone and Rogan responded:

“He has an iPhone now. They make him use the iPhone because he’s under some investigation so they have to be able to track all of his shit because they’re getting sued. There’s a bunch of shit going on.”

It seems like Rogan’s referring to the big class action anti-trust lawsuit against the UFC, brought on by former fighters Jon Fitch and Nate Quarry and others. The lawsuit is currently in a stand still while both sides argue over which discovery items are deemed ‘Highly Confidential.’ Which means only certain attorneys would be able to view them.
