Jones-Johnson, Weidman-Belfort, Brown-Arlovski, Benavidez-Moraga Added To UFC 187

A championship double-header has been scheduled for the UFC’s annual Memorial Day Weekend event in May.

UFC Tonight on FOX Sports 1 officially announced the additions of Jon Jones vs. Anthony Johnson and Chris Weidman vs. Vitor Belfort, to the event.

‘UFC 187: Jones vs. Johnson’ is set to go down on May 23, from Las Vegas. A venue has yet to be made official.

Anthony Johnson earned his shot at UFC champion Jon Jones after successfully dispatching Alexander Gustafsson in the first round of their January bout.

Vitor Belfort vs. Chris Weidman is now scheduled for the forth time, following three separate postponements.

Other fights announced for the event are Travis Brown vs. Andre Arlovski, and Joseph Benavidez vs. John Moraga.

Donald Cerrone vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov is also scheduled for the stacked event.
