Lombard Wanted Brown Himself But Happy For Teammate Lawler

Hector Lombard has been on a tear of the UFC’s welterweight division as of late. After defeating Jake Shields at UFC 171, and watching Matt Brown defeat Erick Silva, Lombard was campaigning for a fight against Brown. However last week it was announced that Robbie Lawler would fight Brown for a shot at Johny Hendricks welterweight strap. It seems Lombard has moved on according to this Tweet from yesterday.
