Luke Rockhold ‘Puked His Brains Out’ After First Day Of UFC 194 Training Camp

UFC middleweight Luke Rockhold has started his training camp for UFC 194, where he’ll fight the champ Chris Weidman for the title. The fight goes down on Dec. 12 and will take place in the co-main event slot, underneath the epic Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor fight.

Rockhold was just recently all over the headlines because of some of the things he said while doing a press tour with Uriah Faber to promote TUF 22 and UFC 194. According to his most recent Instagram post though, the AKA fighter is back in the gym and training for the biggest fight of his life. However, it sounds like his first session back was a rough one!
