Man wins $240,000 with bet on Holly Holm weeks after winning $2.5M on the Royals

Professional gambler Dave Oancea should be calling Holly Holm “lady luck.”

After Holm’s knockout win over Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 over the weekend, Oancea pocketed a hefty $240,000 after betting $20,000 on the heavy underdog before the historic fight. Oancea says in the caption of his photo that he does indeed owe Holly Holm a night out in Vegas.

The photo of Oancea’s bet has been circulating on the Internet and what makes his win even crazier, is that is comes just weeks after winning nearly $2.5 million on a future bet on the Kansas City Royals.
