Matt Brown: ‘I perform better than all those UFC 171 welterweights’

Matt Brown is a certified killer inside the cage. Riding high on a six-fight win streak, he’s already made the noise, now he just wants people to notice.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani, he compared himself to the fighters on the welterweight heavy card that was UFC 171.

“That’s how I feel. Everything I put on Twitter, Facebook, all that shit, that’s all my personal feelings. I think I could beat any of those guys. I think I put on better performances than anybody on that card. Nobody talks about me.”

Brown fights Erick Silva in his home state of Ohio on May 10 in the headliner of UFC Fight Night 40.
