Mendes Tells Edgar To Put His ‘Money’ Where His Mouth Is

Looks like everyone wants a piece of UFC featherweight Frankie Edgar. Ever since the former lightweight champ came out and said that he wanted to fight before the year ended and would not be waiting for a title shot, several big names in the division have come forward calling Edgar out.

The first was Jeremy Stephens, then came Max Holloway who called him out after his win at this past Saturday’s UFC Fight Night: Saskatoon. Edgar agreed to both, saying that he would take on either of them.

Now, Team Alpha Male’s Chad Mendes has thrown his name into the hat and called to ‘The Answer’ on Twitter.

Edgar vs. Mendes? That could be a huge fight if the UFC decided to book it. Would you guys be interested in that fight? Most likely it would be a definite title contender match.
