It’s been one year and 24 hours since Nate Diaz has stepped into the UFC octagon.  The younger Diaz will be looking to get back into the mix in the stacked lightweight division, regardless if it’s a main event or a three rounder Diaz is as game as they come.

Diaz has dropped 3 of 4 in his last outings against top competition in Rafael dos Anjos before he defeated Anthony Pettis for the title, Josh Thompson and Benson Henderson.  The TUF season 5 tournament winner will continue his path on facing top opposition when he faces Michael Johnson next week.

Johnson who recently lost a controversial split decision defeat to Beniel Dariush will be looking to get back in the win column after his 4 fight streak was broken.
