UFC Signs New Foreign TV Deal

Fresh off their first event in Poland, the UFC has signed a new deal with Extreme Sports Channel.

ESC is operated by AMC Networks International–Zone. The channel will now have exclusive rights to show live UFC events, as well as other programming from the UFC. The deal is for four years. Here’s what Chief Business and New Media Officer of AMCNI-Zone, Tanya Gugenheim, had to say about the deal.

“We are thrilled to embark on a partnership with UFC, one of the most iconic sports brands out there, and to be the exclusive live broadcaster of world class UFC events in Poland.”
